Careers
We are looking for people who can anticipate a need before it is expressed. If you work in concierge services, high-end hospitality or personal services and want to do so in Sardinia, between the Costa Smeralda and the south of the island, send us your application.
Who we are looking for
Golden Coast is a luxury concierge service in Sardinia: we organise tailor-made stays that include private villas, hotels and resorts, luxury car transfers, yacht charters, private chefs, wellness and experiences. Every stay is looked after by one dedicated contact, from the first request to the guest's departure.
Behind every stay there is a team: those who take the request, those who coordinate suppliers and timings, those who welcome the guests and those who work closely with them, in the villa, on board or on the move. That is why we are looking for luxury hospitality professionals who combine technical expertise, discretion and attention to detail.
If you have experience in 5-star hotels, private villas, yachts, fine dining or personal services, and are looking for work on the Costa Smeralda or in southern Sardinia, this page is your starting point.
Our principles
Roles
Open positions vary with the season and guest requests. We welcome applications for these profiles, for both seasonal and ongoing collaborations.
You manage guest requests before and during their stay: bookings, suppliers, the unexpected. Fluent English, a second foreign language and experience in 5-star hotels or private concierge services are required.
Transfers from airports and ports and chauffeur-at-disposal services with luxury saloons, SUVs and vans. A driving licence with CAP KB, NCC authorisation where required, local knowledge and English are required.
Cooking in the villa or on board, bespoke menus, attention to intolerances, preferences and local produce. Experience in fine dining is required.
Care of the spaces, linen management and preparation of the villa before the guests arrive, to luxury hotel standards.
Day and weekly charters between La Maddalena, Tavolara and the southern coast. Command roles require valid boating qualifications.
Massage therapists and spa staff, personal shoppers, qualified babysitters and security staff for services in the villa and while travelling.
Quotes, availability calendar, partner relations and support for the guest's dedicated contact. Precision, organisation and excellent English are required.
Can't find your profile but think you could add value to the way we work? Write to us and tell us what you do best.
Requirements
Every role has its own technical skills, but some qualities apply to everyone. They are the ones our guests notice first, often without saying so.
Absolute discretion. We work with guests who choose Sardinia partly for its privacy. What happens during a stay stays between us and the guest.
Languages. Fluent English is essential for almost all guest-facing roles. French, German, Spanish, Russian or Arabic are an asset.
Experience in the luxury segment. 5-star hotels, private villas, yachts, fine-dining restaurants or fashion houses: what counts is having already worked where standards are non-negotiable.
Presence and style. Personal grooming, punctuality and a restrained, elegant way of communicating, even under pressure.
Flexibility in high season. From June to September the pace changes: you need to be available to work shifts, weekends and hours shaped by guests' needs.

FAQ
It depends on the role: many positions are linked to the summer season, when most stays in Sardinia take place, while coordination roles can be ongoing. Contract type and duration are defined during the interview.
For guest-facing roles it is strongly preferred. We also give careful consideration to profiles coming from high-end hospitality, Michelin-starred restaurants, the yachting world or luxury retail.
Fluent English is essential for almost all positions. A second foreign language, such as French, German or Spanish, is a preferred requirement for concierge and guest relations roles.
Yes. Indicate in the form the area and period in which you would be available: for seasonal roles we also consider candidates willing to relocate to the island for the season.
We read every application. We contact directly the profiles that match the open positions; if you do not hear from us, your CV may still be considered for future roles.
If you would like to work with us as a supplier or propose a property, use the List your property or service page.
