Our guests do not scroll through endless listings: they receive a curated proposal, built around what they asked for.
That is why we work with a limited number of partners. Those who join the Golden Coast selection are presented to a demanding international clientele used to high standards, who look for privacy and quality even before price. It is not about appearing on yet another portal, but about joining a network in which every name is chosen.

What we look for
We assess proposals in six categories, the same ones our guests combine to build their stay in Sardinia.
Villas with a pool, sea access or coastal views, historic residences and apartments kept like private homes. Location, privacy, finishes, amenities and quality of management all count.
Properties offering international-standard service, a beach or an exclusive location, able to handle personalised requests and high-profile guests.
Rental with or without a driver: saloons, SUVs, sports cars and luxury vans, with professional chauffeurs and service at Olbia, Cagliari and Alghero airports and at the ports.
Yacht charters, traditional gozzi and skippered day cruises to the La Maddalena Archipelago, Tavolara, the Costa Smeralda or the southern coast between Chia and Villasimius.
Private chefs, spa and wellness in the villa, personal shoppers, qualified babysitters, security: professionals who work closely with guests and respect their privacy.
Winery tastings, private excursions, guided dives, golf and cultural itineraries that reveal authentic Sardinia, away from the crowded circuits.
Where we operate
North-east. The Costa Smeralda and Gallura are the areas most in demand for luxury tourism: Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, San Pantaleo, Baja Sardinia, Cannigione, Olbia, Arzachena, Palau and the La Maddalena Archipelago. Here we are mainly looking for villas with pools, yacht charters and transfers from Olbia airport.
South. Between Pula, Chia, Teulada, Villasimius, Costa Rei and the Cagliari area we select seafront resorts, villas and services for those who prefer quieter beaches and longer seasons.
Rest of the island. We also consider proposals in Alghero, Stintino, on the Oristano coast and inland, when they meet the standards of our selection.
Selection
Every property and every service is checked before being offered to a guest. It is not a formality: Golden Coast's reputation depends on the quality of those who work with us.

Finishes, furnishings, maintenance and amenities in keeping with the luxury segment. For services: vehicles, equipment and presentation that match the clientele.

Setting, privacy of the spaces, access, proximity to the sea, ports and airports. A stunning villa in an exposed location is rarely right for our guests.

Up-to-date availability, quick replies, punctuality and a contact who can always be reached during the season.

Licences and permits in order: CIN and holiday rental requirements, NCC licence for chauffeur services, boating qualifications, insurance cover.

FAQ
Owners and managers of villas, prestigious apartments, hotels and resorts, car rental companies with or without drivers, yacht owners and charter companies, personal service professionals and experience organisers. We consider both established companies and independent professionals, as long as they hold the permits required for their business.
No, submitting a proposal is free and non-binding. The terms of the collaboration are defined only after the assessment, depending on the type of property or service.
Holiday rentals require the CIN (National Identification Code), to be shown in every listing, the registration of guests with the police via the Alloggiati Web system and, where required by the municipality, the collection of the tourist tax. Those renting on a business basis have further obligations. We recommend checking your situation with your accountant: during the assessment we will ask you to confirm that everything is in order.
We assess quality standards, location and privacy, operational reliability, compliance and discretion. If the proposal is a good fit, we look into it further through direct contact, a site visit or a document check before adding it to our selection.
Mainly on the Costa Smeralda and in the north-east (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, San Pantaleo, Olbia, Arzachena, La Maddalena) and in the south of the island (Pula, Chia, Villasimius, Costa Rei, Cagliari). We also consider proposals in the rest of Sardinia.
